Joining our Provencal cooking class is the perfect way to get hands on the French culture!
Time for you to become a real chef and cook your own local recipe with the guidance of a professional chef inside his professional kitchen! Our partner’s restaurant is aligned with our eco tours as he provide local organic food and reduce his plastic use and impact on environment! We will be teaching all the classics like the famous “Daube Nicoise” (beef stew), “Petits Farcis” (stuffed veggies), Aioli, Pain bagnat, Pissaladiere, Salade Nicoise, Beignets de courgettes, Tapenade… All the French Riviera typical dishes!!

Privates are available on request all year depending on the restaurant availabilities.
The Provencal Cooking Class is lasting approximatively 3 hours. From the introduction to the set up and the preparation till the cooking. You are then welcome to either eat your own dish in or take away.
